- You agree that your credit card will be charged for the total stay at the moment of the room confirmation.
- Total stay is not refundable in case of cancellation or amendment of the arrival date.
- In case of No Show, we will keep the room available up to 12pm of the following day. If you would like us to old the room for longer, please phone us. After 12pm the hotel will sell the room again.
- If the credit card is refused we will cancel your reservation.
- Balance is requested at the check in time.
