Terms & Conditions
- This reservation can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours (up to 2 p.m. local time) prior the arrival date without any fee.
- In case of late cancellation, late change or no-show, first night of penalty will be charged.
- In case of No Show, we will keep the room available up to 12pm of the following day. If you would like us to old the room for longer, please phone us. After 12pm the hotel will sell the room again.
- The hotel reserves the right to check the credit card validity blocking the first night amount without charging it.
- If the credit card is refused we will contact you asking for a new one. If we will not received any answer within 24 hours we will cancel your reservation.
- Total payment is requested at the check in time.
- No refunds for early departures.
- Cancellations and changes must be done online.
