The top priorities of the Trilussa Palace Hotel have always been the health, safety and protection of our guests and staff.
In response to the recent development of the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to adhere to the latest advice and recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and local authorities on a daily basis.
We have always been proud to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and all our equipment and products are from the Medical Surgical Unit.
- Infrared scanner detection of the body temperature of all guests and staff
- Strict sanitization of rooms, Bar, restaurant, cooking school, gym and common areas (including door handles, elevators and accessories)
- Ozone sanitization of the pillows with special SANIPILL machinery and ionizing machines for indoor air treatment
- Over 550 square meters of common areas including hall, Lounge Bar and outdoor areas including rooftop and green garden
- The 3 SPAs for private use have a water treatment with chlorinated solution and the SPAs are completely sanitized after each customer access (sanitization procedure duration is 40 min)
- Cleaning and sanitizing of air conditioning filters
