In compliance with the regulations laid down by the DPCM in force, the hotel is open and all our services, including the wellness center and restaurant, are available only to hotel guests. Whether your stay is for business, health or need reasons, make it as relaxing as possible by enjoying our services in complete safety.
ROOMS:
Our rooms are sanitized with care with medical surgical products. At each customer departure, the rooms are aired, sanitized on every contact surface (including handles and remote controls) and the pillows are sanitized with special machinery.
SPA:
Access to the thematic spa rooms 24 /7 is allowed only for exclusive use for single or couple entrances, sanitized before and after each entry. The water in the whirlpool is sanitized with an automatic chlorinated solution. Access for couples is only allowed to people staying in the same room.
GYM:
The use of the gym is allowed, by reservation only and for exclusive use, up to a maximum of 2 people if staying in the same room. The area and tools are sanitized before and after each access.
RESTAURANT:
The Ramo Bistrot is open from 17:00 to 24:00. Dinner service is possible on two shifts, in order to limit the entrances and maintain safety distances between the tables. Reservations are required and the tables can be occupied up to a maximum of 4 people if they belong to the same family and are staying in the same room.
NB: some services may not be available, as per the Covid protocol.
Access to the hotel is allowed upon presentation of an identity document, body temperature measurement with infrared scanner and signing of a disclaimer. Obligation to wear a mask.
